100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana), from best situated sunny vineyards facing Lake Garda, around Peschiera, Sirmione, Desenzano.

VINIFICATION

Hand selected fresh grapes harvested in September. Soft pressing, short maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation in white at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Light straw color with elegant golden reflections. Delicate floral bouquet with fruity notes. Dry taste, fresh, velvety, with right acidity.
