100 % Pinot Grigio Estate Grown Color: light straw yellow color with slight copperish hints. Nose: delicate, floral and fruity, reminiscent of orange and wild rose flowers, with hints of apricot. Palate: dry, fresh, elegant with a good acidity balance and a pleasant aftertaste Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif, perfectly accompanied with all kinds of light starters, soup with vegetables or fish stock. Excellent with carpaccio, rocket salad and parmesan cheese

Screw cap was not just an aesthetic and practical choice, but a quality choice. After years of experimentation we now can appreciate wine’s technical and enological advancement with this type of closure system: elimination of the “ cork smell”, more aromatic freshness and longevity of the wines, cutback of sulfites by 50% over our already low amount.
