This is always a consistent Super Tuscan!  Red Mature aromas of licorice, leather, black currant and spice are expressive. Concentrated, balanced and complex. Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.  J.S  Rich and Round with balckberry,currant and mineral aromas and flavors. Long and caressing, 1,000 cases made.” -JS Grape Varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation period: 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 6 months of refinement in the bottle. Color: Deep ruby red with pleasing blackberry hues. Ideal Serving Temperature: 16-18°C. Food Pairing: Cold cuts, red meat dishes, game, and seasoned cheeses.
